In Nursery Maths, the children have been learning about the 2D shape - circles. After lots of conversation, describing the shape, spotting it among others, and noticing circles in the environment, the children had a go at drawing them. We linked our learning to physical development by practising both gross and fine motor skills, drawing circles on large paper together.
