Bags:
Each child will need a school bag to carry their reading book and diary to and from school each day in. We ask that parents share the reading books at home with their child and log this in their diary a minimum of 3 times per week. 

Toileting:
We have purpose built, child height toilets and sinks. We encourage children to use the toilet independently. We can help support your child with toilet training, please let us know if you think your child might need extra support. We ask that all children have a change of clothes in their bag, we do however have spares just incase. 

PE: 
PE for EYFS is a Monday afternoon. All children are asked to come to school in their PE kit. 

Class Dojo
We use class dojo in school to communicate with families. This is where we will share notices and post pictures of what we have been doing. 

Tapestry

We use an online learning journal called Tapestry. All children in our unit will have a personal online learning journal which records photos, observations and comments which build up a record of your child’s experiences during their time with us. It is a fantastic way of you seeing what your child is up to.
