Happy Gang
THE HAPPY GANG
2012-2013
The Happy Gang is a group of Year 5 children who make sure that no one is lonely or sad during play times. They have a rota so that they each know which playtime they are on duty. The Happy Gang meets once every two weeks to discuss any issues which may have arisen during play times.
The Happy Gang help children who are hurt and take them to a member of staff. If a child is lonely or their friend is not in school they find someone to play with them. If everyone is busy with their own games a member of the Happy Gang will play with any child who is on their own.
Children were asked why they wanted to be a member of the Happy Gang - here are their replies:-
